Delete your DuoPhase account or data

You can delete your whole account here with an email code, or remove selected period and daily log records in the app.

Request account deletion

Enter the email address on your DuoPhase account. We will send a six-digit code to that address. For privacy, the response is the same if the address has no account.

If you cannot receive the code or the form is unavailable, email [email protected] from your account address. Do not send your password or health details. We will verify account ownership before acting.

Delete in the app

  1. Sign in to DuoPhase and open Your account. Your data.
  2. Open Delete your account.
  3. Enter your current password if prompted, type DELETE, and choose Delete my account.

Deletion ends your connection and removes your account, period history, daily logs, check-ins, private notes, sharing settings, and other account-linked content from the active service. Your partner can no longer access shared data through DuoPhase. Deletion cannot remove information someone already saw or copied.

Delete selected records and keep your account

  1. Sign in to DuoPhase and open Calendar.
  2. Open a saved period or a day with logged details.
  3. Choose Delete on that record and confirm. Repeat for any other records you want removed.

You can remove individual period records and daily logs, including their flow, symptoms, moods, and private notes, without deleting your account. You can also email [email protected] from your account address to request deletion of selected data. Name the record dates or data categories you want removed, but do not email health details, your password, or private notes. We will verify account ownership before acting.

What can remain

Deleting selected records removes them from the active service while keeping your account and other records. Some content-free operational records and purchase records may be retained without an account link. Encrypted backups can retain an earlier copy for up to 30 days before they expire. Legal obligations may require limited records to be retained longer.
